Lah Dee Dah was presented for the AWHA Mare Classification with well known classifier Mary Hovers who is also a FEI judge & young horse judge and Geoff Chidnall who has classified Colts from around Australia and been involved with Warmbloods and breeding Horses for many years.
Lah Dee Dah scores a massive 78.8% making her a Head Stud Book mare.
Lah Dee Dah is currently in foal to Royal Hit and due in September of which the foal will be retained by the Stud. CONGRATULATIONS to Cooramin Sporthorse Stud and Heather Ip on the purchase of Lah Dee Dah, who will sent to Heather to join her band of broodmares, once the resulting foal has been weaned.

Royalty made her debut at the AWHA Gala Day where she was an absolute delight to handle in every way, and is following in her sister's footsteps (Royal Dancer) Royalty showed superb movement and has top class conformation. She won Champion Filly and then won Supreme Champion foal. Royalty is available for purchase and can be found on the for sale page.

Ruth Schneeberger is impressed with Royal Dancer, a 3 year old filly sired by Royal Hit out of Ponderosa Stud Head Studbook Mare, PS Lolita. Lolita is a fabulous producer of foals and was herself a Supreme Champion foal. Royal Dancer won Champion Junior Warmblood and Champion Open Led Junior.
Royal Dancer is being retained by the stud. Her full sister 'Royalty' is for sale.

Going from strength to strength, this fantastic 2 year old entered 1 class at the AWHA Gala Day to win the led 2 year old class and then Reserve Champion Junior Warmblood to the 3 year old, Royal Dancer.

Ruth Schneeberger & Lucious performed exceeding well taking out the Novice & Elementary Championships and wining the prestigious 'Van Leuven Family Perpetual Trophy' for the highest scoring test through out the championships of 77.857%

Lucarno performed brilliantly over the 2 days with rider Ruth Schneeberger winning the Medium Championships and although still green in his Advanced work took out the Advanced Championships as well.
Para Rider Lizzie Sobecki has joined the band of Ponderosa Stud and will be riding Lucarno in his future competitions with an agreement to purchase the talented Lucarno.
Lizzie has her sights set on representing Australia for the London Para Olympic games for 2012. We wish her all the best.

Australia - China Equestrian
exhibition ( Beijing, China).
Ponderosa Stud was one of 12 companies from Australia
to exhibit their products and services to the some
56 horse clubs and training facilities in China. This
is an exciting period for Equestrian Sports in China
as they head towards the 2008 Olympics held in Beijing.
This showcase on the 17th and 18th of September was
organised by the Austrade division in Beijing.
This Event concluded an extensive 3 week tour by Rob
of the horse Clubs and businesses around Beijing.
Ponderosa Stud was able to offer some 23 horses for
sale from Olympic standard showjumpers, and dressage
horses to yearlings.
Rob was accompanied by friend and new addition to
the Ponderosa Stud Team, Robert Meng. Robert lives
in Beijing and speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
Robert Meng will be our number one contact and representative
in China.
