ADAM BECKEL
Started riding at the very young age of 3 years. One could say that he was born on a horse! His major junior achievements are quite numerous with his ability to not only look the part with winning numerous Royal Adelaide Boy Rider Championships, Good Hands Championships, but also was a wizard in show jumping winning State Junior Indoor and Outdoor Jumping competitions as well.
Adam has ridden many horses, but has fond memories of a few. ‘Pool Party’ was the first to capture his heart by winning the State Indoor Championship as well as the Fair Play trophy. ‘Red October’, a station bred thoroughbred was an outstanding jumper, competing at C-Grade Show Jumping with Adam but a lot of money was offered and ‘Red October’ was sold overseas where the horse won Champion Amateur Show Jumper in America.
Two thoroughbreds’ horses off of the track; ‘Team Spirit’ & ‘Space Cowboy’ competed won and placed at World Cup Level Jumping. ‘Team Spirit’ was sold overseas to Korea and his current horse ‘Space Cowboy’ has won the Cygnet Rambler Cup as well as holding the current State Indoor Show Jumping Record at 6ft 4 ¼ inches. Adam’s senior achievements are again numerous, but the highlights would be State Show Jumping Squad member, 3rd in the SA Horse of the Year and Rider of the Year 2005, and member of the State Team Australian Championships.

Rob went onto compete on ‘Macauley’ and placed in Level 2 Eventing. Rob has also completed the Artificial Insemination Course at Melbourne University and has become obsessed with the feeding requirements of the Equine Athlete and Breeding Horse. To satisfy his passion, Rob has become a manufacturer of a wide variety of Horse Pellets for the pleasure pony to the FEI level horse through to Breeding Stock. Pellets are really the best way to make sure the horse gets all the nutrients required to ensure peak performance.
A boutique Pellet Manufacturer, Rob is able to produce the best feed for the South Australian horse lacking in the vitamins and minerals in the area, as well as custom formulations required by some studs and race horses.
