Exhibit at this show was then to compete in Sydney
against all other State Supreme Exhibits. 'Lontano'
was to compete if the Supreme horse was injured.

Novice event was the major attraction sponsored
by the late 'Lyn Scott' husband. She died of cancer,
herself a dressage rider, and the Novice event being
the event of the day.

This
show held open classes for any breed of horse. 'Lontano'
won the open stallion class over 14hh, 3 years &
over, then competed against the winner of the other
classes to gain the Champion Award.

CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS SUPREME LED EXHIBIT

An
interstate judge awarded 'Lontano' Senior Champion
Warmblood & then competed against the Champion
Junior Warmblood to attain Supreme Led Warmblood.
This enabled 'Lontano' to compete against 28 other
breeds, all champions of their respective breed.
6 judges, of which 4 were interstate judges, voted
on Supreme Led Exhibit of the Show. This title allowed
'Lontano' to compete and represent South Australia
at the National All Breeds Grand Championship to
be held in New South Wales
